AI has proved helpful in Cyber Space by curbing Cyber threats and ensuring Cybersecurity. The present research study is devoted to how “Artificial intelligence” has grown in the Indian Legal System. It deals with the use of AI in Cybersecurity. It also traces the present legal framework with regard to AI and Cyberterrorism in India.
