While the journal’s abstract pages display “© 2024 LawFoyer International Journal of Doctrinal Legal Research”, this notice indicates the journal’s publication of the work& compilation rights. The individual authors retain full copyright of their respective works published in the journal.
Publication Rights
Authors grant LawFoyer International Journal of Doctrinal Legal Research:
- The right of first publication
- Non-exclusive rights to publish, reproduce, and distribute the work in the journal format
- The right to maintain the journal’s compilation copyright, which protects the journal’s formatting, layout, and overall presentation
Open Access License
Upon acceptance for publication, all articles will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license allows:
- Others to share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes
- Proper attribution must be given to both the original authors and the journal
- The license applies to the article content while the journal maintains compilation rights
Third-Party Content
